Delaware cleaning, organized around your next handoff

Start a Delaware request with the property location, who uses it, and the reason for the clean. Wilmington access instructions may differ from those for a Dover house or a Sussex County property. Identify the rooms and surfaces that matter most, then describe any work that must happen first. Matt can assess the service and timing without treating a move-out or seasonal opening as routine housekeeping.

01

An occupied-home checklist

Choose the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms that need attention. Note pets, belongings, and rooms that should be left alone. A manageable priority list gives the office a clearer starting point than a request to do everything.

02

Vacancy and arrival dates

For a property between occupants, provide both the departure date and the next arrival. Explain whether linens, supplies, repairs, or removal are separate arrangements. A cleaning estimate should not silently include responsibilities that belong to another person.

03

Exterior exposure and access

If the property is near tidal water or has exposed outdoor surfaces, send close and wide photos of the condition. Identify the material and access height. Ask for a separate assessment rather than assuming pressure washing is suitable for every surface.

Local conditions to describe

Delaware's Atlantic and bay setting influences its weather. For exterior requests, describe current conditions and any weather-related damage separately from ordinary cleaning.

Yes. Provide the owner's or resident's permission, a local access contact, and the person authorized to approve the written scope. Agree on any photo updates in advance. The office confirms the address, provider, and appointment before the visit is scheduled.
